Overview
You will own comprehensive neuropsychological assessments and interventions at the BSWH AT&T Memory Center in Dallas, serving diverse patients with memory disorders and neurological conditions. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and develop individualized treatment plans. This role offers a balanced workload and a supportive environment, with a focus on patient-centered care and ongoing research. Bilingual Spanish skills are strongly preferred.
What You'll Do8
- 1Evaluate cognitive, behavioral, and emotional functioning using standardized neuropsychological tests and clinical interviews.
- 2Develop individualized treatment plans and provide feedback to patients and families.
- 3Collaborate with physicians, agencies, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- 4Contribute to patient education and support ongoing research and program development.
- 5Document assessment findings and treatment recommendations accurately in electronic health records.
- 6Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and outcomes.
- 7Provide supervision and training to psychology trainees and interns as needed.
- 8Drive quality improvement initiatives in neuropsychological services.
Requirements7
- 1Doctorate degree in Psychology from an APA-accredited institution.
- 22+ years of post-doctoral training in Neuropsychology.
- 3Valid Psychologist license (PSY or PhD) in the state of Texas.
- 4Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
- 5Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient and team interactions.
- 6Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
- 7Ability to work onsite at the Dallas location.
