What You'll Do8
- 1Conduct neuropsychological and neurocognitive testing for patients aged five and above using WAIS-IV, MMPI-3, and other validated instruments.
- 2Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other providers to interpret test results and integrate findings into treatment plans.
- 3Deliver psychoeducation to patients and families, explaining neuropsychological findings and their implications.
- 4Document all testing services, scoring, and reports in compliance with clinic policies and HIPAA standards.
- 5Stay current with advances in neuropsychology through continuing education and professional development.
- 6Provide telehealth testing services via the clinic's secure platform, expanding access to care.
- 7Administer and score tests accurately, ensuring reliability and validity of results.
- 8Participate in case conferences and peer reviews to maintain high clinical standards.
Requirements8
- 1Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited program.
- 22+ years of experience in conducting neurocognitive and neuropsychological testing across diverse populations.
- 3Active license to practice psychology in Florida, or in the process of obtaining one.
- 4Prior experience in an outpatient setting, with familiarity with billing and documentation practices.
- 5Proficiency in administering and interpreting standardized testing batteries (e.g., WAIS-IV, MMPI-3, Trail Making Test).
- 6Excellent written and verbal communication for detailed reports and patient interactions.
- 7Commitment to staying current with advancements in neuropsychology and testing methodologies.
- 8Ability to work independently as a contractor, with a schedule that includes some weekend availability for telehealth.
