This post doctoral clinical psychologist role owns behavioral health care in an outpatient mental health clinic, serving adults, adolescents, and children aged five and above. The psychologist delivers psychological assessments, psychotherapy, and neuropsychological testing to a diverse patient base. What You'll Do8
- 1Conduct psychological assessments and diagnose mental health conditions for patients of all ages.
- 2Deliver individual and group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities.
- 3Administer neurocognitive and neuropsychological testing to evaluate cognitive function.
- 4Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
- 5Provide psychoeducation to patients and families on mental health conditions and treatment strategies.
- 6Document all patient encounters in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- 7Stay current with advancements in psychology and neuropsychology through continuing education.
- 8Work under the supervision of a fully licensed psychologist while building independent clinical skills.
Requirements7
- 1Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.).
- 2Experience in conducting neurocognitive and neuropsychological testing preferred.
- 3No license required for this position.
- 4Outpatient setting experience preferred.
- 5Ability to provide psychotherapy, testing, or a combination of both services.
- 6Strong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
- 7Commitment to continuing education and professional development in psychology.
