NDS Food Program Manager
Overview
Manage daily breakfast and lunch services at Holy Family Regional Catholic School. Oversee food-service operations, ensure compliance with safety standards, and coordinate staff and inventory.

- 1Coordinate breakfast and lunch services per Nutritional Development Services guidelines
- 2Receive organize store prepare and distribute food safely and efficiently
- 3Maintain accurate meal counts inventory records production logs and required documentation
- 4Submit reports and paperwork promptly
- 5Monitor inventory and place orders as needed
- 6Ensure compliance with food safety sanitation health and NDS program requirements
- 7Maintain clean organized kitchen and food-service areas
- 8Follow proper procedures for food storage temperature monitoring preparation service and disposal
- 9Supervise food-service employees and volunteers when applicable
- 10Communicate effectively with NDS representatives school administration faculty staff students and families
- 11Provide courteous service creating positive lunchtime experiences
Requirements8
- 1Prior experience in food service school nutrition hospitality or program management
- 2Strong organizational communication and recordkeeping time-management abilities
- 3Ability to follow detailed procedures maintain accurate records
- 4Capacity to work independently collaborate with school personnel and NDS representatives
