Lead day to day food service operations at residential dining hall. Manage associate team maximize sales ensure cost control complete weekly reports train staff perform other duties.
What You'll Do10
- 1Assist DDS with daily food service operations on campus
- 2Maximize sales levels and profitability
- 3Manage controllable costs including food labor paper
- 4Complete weekly purchase summary report with estimated purchases
- 5Responsible for hiring qualified staff orientation training development probationary review
- 6Complete yearly staff performance appraisals as directed
- 7Promote employee skill development
- 8Maintain excellent client relationships
- 9Manage train and develop associates
- 10Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements5
- 11 to 3 years food service management experience
- 2Strong leadership and communication skills
- 3Financial experience and business acumen
- 4Proficient computer skills MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
- 5Associate's degree preferred
