Overview
Lead support to ensure ideal workflow and exceptional service. Establish standards and review procedures for staff. Direct safety sanitation and maintenance programs. Coordinate subordinate supervisory management teams. Perform other duties as assigned.

- 6Coordinate tasks of subordinate supervisory management team via regular communication
- 7Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor’s degree preferred associate’s degree required or equivalent and relevant experience
- 2At least 3-5 years experience
- 3Superior quantitative oral and written communications and problem solving/strategizing skills
- 4Proactive mindset to anticipate and support changes in our business
- 5Conformity to highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior
- 6Strong supervisory leadership management and coaching skills
- 7Strong work ethic intense drive and initiative for quality and customer service
- 8Proficient computer skills preferred
