- 1Oversee dining services operations of medium to large volume location
- 2Interact with customers and resolve complaints
- 3Assist with profit and loss and budgeting
- 4Work with Chef and management on menu creation
- 5Ensure quality improvement sanitation and infection control
- 6Prepare quarterly reports for client presentations
- 7Collaborate with marketing and culinary teams to increase sales
- 8Communicate with culinary department to align food programs
- 9Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements9
- 12 years food service management experience
- 2Experience in restaurants hotels corporate dining education military healthcare
- 3Waited table and catering experience preferred
- 4Knowledge of food and catering trends focusing on quality production sanitation and food cost controls
- 5Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- 6Financial budgetary accounting computational skills
- 7Proficient Microsoft Office applications
- 8ServSafe certification preferred
- 9Associate's degree preferred
