Overview
As Assistant Director of Dining Services, you will own daily operations across 11 schools serving 10,000 students, ensuring NSLP compliance and high food quality. You'll guide the NSLP program, mentor frontline teams, and build strong client relationships. Requirements6
- 11-3 years of food service management experience.
- 2Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, or related food service operations.
- 3Strong leadership and communication skills.
- 4Financial experience and business acumen.
- 5Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
- 6Associate's degree preferred.
