National Traveling Project Manager ERMCO
Overview
ERMCO seeks a National Traveling Project Manager to lead Electrical Construction Projects across the United States. The role involves financial responsibility for assigned projects and coordinating with senior leadership. This position requires extensive travel on long-term projects and offers a unique opportunity to shape project execution nationwide.
What You'll Do18
- 1Oversee multiple projects simultaneously ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards
- 2Meet and coordinate with Electrical Operations Director or Senior Project Manager to review ongoing developments
- 3Complete contract reviews and submit submissions to executive and legal teams following SOP Document
- 4Develop initial project budgets using ERMCO standard procedures
- 5Work with labor management teams to ensure proper staffing and SOP compliance
- 6Maintain monthly projections develop schedules submit billings and track receivables
- 7Procure project materials manage subcontracts and oversee all project expenses
- 8Maintain SOPs for job start up kick off meetings and close out processes
- 9Foster client relationships address concerns and ensure deliverables meet expectations
- 10Coordinate resource allocation across labor materials and equipment
- 11Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for compliance and success
- 12Maintain detailed documentation including progress reports budgets and change orders
- 13Implement best practices process improvements and innovative strategies
- 14Cultivate strong team culture mentor assistant project managers
- 15Act as subject matter expert for Accubid COINS Build to support senior staff
- 16Collaborate with business development and leadership to grow client relationships
- 17Estimate projects for account management as required
- 18All other duties assigned by manager
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management Construction Management or Construction Engineering
- 34 years of construction field or office experience
- 4Strong problem-solving abilities
- 5Leadership coaching and training capabilities
- 6Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- 7Ability to work independently or within a team
- 8High degree of computer literacy including Microsoft Office
