What You'll Do11
- 1Oversee multiple projects simultaneously ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards
- 2Meet and coordinate with Electrical Operations Project Executives to review ongoing development
- 3Complete contract reviews and submit submissions to Executive and Legal teams following SOP
- 4Work with Labor Management and field leaders to ensure proper staffing and SOP compliance
- 5Maintain monthly projections develop schedules submit billings and track receivables
- 6Procure project materials manage subcontracts and handle all project expenses
- 7Maintain SOPs for job start up kick off and close out meetings
- 8Foster strong client relationships and address concerns to exceed expectations
- 9Coordinate resource allocation across labor materials and equipment
- 10Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for compliance and success
- 11Implement best practices process improvements and innovative strategies for efficiency
Requirements10
- 15+ years building electrical construction projects with Accubid and COINS
- 23-5 seasons leading teams in diverse settings
- 3Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management Construction Management or Construction Engineering
- 4Strong problem solving skills
- 5Excellent leadership coaching and training abilities
- 6Proven communication skills both verbal and written
- 7Ability to work under pressure with urgency and professionalism
- 8Self motivated independent worker or team player
- 9High computer literacy including Microsoft Office
