Multimedia AV Technician Scheduler
Overview
We seek a proactive customer focused Multimedia AV Technician/Scheduler to join Technical Operations Inc. This hybrid role blends technical AV support with scheduling coordination ideal for dynamic environments and direct user interaction.
What You'll Do11
- 1Set up operate and maintain AV equipment including cameras microphones projectors soundboards and lighting systems
- 2Support live broadcasts events and presentations to ensure smooth operation
- 3Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate as needed
- 4Collaborate with production teams to meet technical requirements for recording and broadcasting
- 5Assist in planning and executing multimedia projects ensuring technical feasibility and quality standards
- 6Provide real time updates on issues during events
- 7Perform daily checks of meeting rooms and event spaces to ensure readiness
- 8Support pre meeting AV checks for executive and high profile meetings
- 9Operate high end AV equipment under supervision following standard procedures
- 10Assist with operation and maintenance of AV systems and peripherals
- 11Support day to day operations and assist with task coordination
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading technical initiatives
- 3Certifications in audio visual technology preferred
- 4Familiarity with streaming technologies and digital media platforms
- 5Proficiency with AV equipment such as cameras mixers and switchers
- 6Basic troubleshooting and systems integration skills
- 7Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- 8Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
