What You'll Do5
- 1Build and maintain AV systems for meetings, webinars, and hybrid events to ensure high-quality, disruption-free experiences.
- 2Design and produce video content from concept through delivery for internal communications, training, and marketing initiatives.
- 3Coordinate pre-production, on-site production, and post-production workflows including lighting, audio, and editing to meet deadlines.
- 4Lead livestreams, town halls, and conferences with attention to accessibility and brand standards.
- 5Manage asset libraries, maintain production equipment inventory, and provide end-user training on AV and video technologies.
Requirements5
- 11–3 years of experience supporting AV systems, video production, or related fields
- 2Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- 3Experience setting up, operating, and troubleshooting AV equipment including displays, cameras, microphones, and conferencing systems
- 4Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
- 5Understanding of AV signal flow and basic troubleshooting, including HDMI USB DisplayPort Ethernet
