Overview
Own AV support for fortune 100 clients in the financial, pharmaceutical, and computing sectors. Operate and troubleshoot Crestron control systems, videoconferencing, and audio conferencing technologies. Collaborate with an on-site AV team to deliver flawless town hall events, conference room meetings, and video conferences. What You'll Do7
- 1Troubleshoot and operate Crestron control systems, projection systems, and display devices during corporate meetings and events.
- 2Configure and support videoconferencing and audio conferencing hardware for seamless remote collaboration.
- 3Drive audio production for town halls and executive presentations using digital audio consoles (A1).
- 4Read and execute AV system flow diagrams to ensure setup aligns with technical specifications.
- 5Provide hands-on support for Telepresence events and multi-site conferences.
- 6Coordinate with the on-site AV team to deliver daily meeting support with a customer-first approach.
- 7Document equipment issues and escalate critical failures to maintain uptime for client spaces.
Requirements7
- 13+ years providing AV support in a corporate environment.
- 2Associates degree in a technology-related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 3Proven skill operating Crestron systems and digital audio consoles.
- 4Strong understanding of videoconferencing, audio conferencing, and IT convergence.
- 5Ability to read and follow AV flow diagrams and technical documentation.
- 6Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- 7Composure under pressure during high-stakes events and strict deadlines.
