What You'll Do11
- 1Manage Windows Server environments including AD DNS DHCP and file services
- 2Troubleshoot Group Policy and identity issues
- 3Manage firewall and VPN configurations
- 4Support VLAN and subnet design within defined standards
- 5Lead infrastructure upgrades and migrations
- 6Implement secure Microsoft 365 and other cloud configurations
- 7Reduce repeat issues through documentation and training
- 8Own daily administration tasks across standard environments
- 9Escalate advanced challenges to senior engineers
- 10Document work processes for team knowledge transfer
- 11Elevate overall team capabilities
Requirements15
- 1At least one year of hands-on IT infrastructure experience
- 2One year of experience in an MSP or IT services environment
- 3Windows Server administration experience
- 4Firewall/VPN configuration and administration expertise
- 5Strong networking fundamentals
- 6Proven troubleshooting methodology
- 7Microsoft 102 certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
- 8Network+ Security+ HR experience
