- 3Oversee flagging operations and adjust traffic control strategies in real time based on site conditions and safety hazards.
- 4Drive company vehicles to transport equipment, signs, and trailers, and ensure crews load all required tools and materials for each job.
- 5Complete and submit DHA forms, daily logs, truck inspections, and tickets before leaving each site, maintaining full documentation accuracy.
- 6Report equipment loss, damage, and low material inventory to management immediately, preventing project delays.
- 7Install and remove ground‑mounted traffic signs, assist with permanent sign installation, and interpret underground utility locate markings to avoid hazards.
- 8Collaborate with customers and coworkers to maintain secure work zones and participate in manager meetings on company policies and procedures.
Requirements8
- 1FDOT Advanced MOT certification or ATSSA certification required.
- 22+ years of supervisory or lead experience in traffic control or MOT operations.

- 6Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and extended shifts of 10+ hours.
- 7Comfort working outdoors in varying temperatures, humidity, and weather conditions across South Florida.
- 8Willingness to travel daily and work from the Pembroke Pines home office.
