What You'll Do12
- 1Own and execute daily sales strategies while maintaining strong verbal and written communication skills
- 2Travel extensively within assigned territories visiting 12–15 sites daily to engage prospects and customers
- 3Record all interactions using proprietary software and provide weekly management reports
- 4Assist branch operations including dispatch coordination and third shift scheduling
- 5Adapt to inclement weather conditions while meeting aggressive daily targets
- 6Drive incentive programs and foster a competitive yet collaborative team culture
- 7Report to branch manager daily for operational updates and planning
- 8Maintain accurate documentation of customer relationships and prospect activities
- 9Coordinate with sales teams to develop and implement effective outreach strategies
- 10Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all field activities
- 11Contribute ideas for process improvement and team development
- 12Represent Staff Zone professionally in all client interactions
Requirements11
- 15+ years managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets
- 23-5 seasons of experience in customer service roles
- 3Valid driver’s license with clean driving record for past three years
- 4Pass mandatory drug screening and background checks
- 5Ability to work weekends including third shifts and holidays
- 6Strong adaptability to changing market conditions and client needs
- 7Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
- 8Proven ability to mentor and develop junior team members
- 9Experience with CRM systems and digital reporting tools
- 10Physical stamina to stand for extended periods while traveling
