Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or equivalent plus 6+ years experience in service maintenance or property management leadership
- 2Proven track record managing teams vendors and contractors
- 3Strong financial acumen managing budgets and cost controls
- 4Expertise with Microsoft Office and property management software
- 5Demonstrated experience with Yardi or similar work order systems
- 6Background in residential property management construction or maintenance
- 7Familiarity with safety compliance and operational best practices
