The Assistant Property Manager will motivate Leasing Consultants drive revenue growth and advance to Property Manager. This role reports directly to the Property Manager and focuses on collecting rent ensuring accurate revenue data posting filing evictions and staying updated on local laws. It includes issuing lease violations maintaining community guidelines reviewing applications approving move-ins auditing budgets and troubleshooting resident issues. The ideal candidate has a valid driver’s license 1+ years property management experience and a high school diploma. - 1Build relationships with tenants and drive occupancy through proactive outreach

- 1Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle
- 21+ years property management experience

- 6Strong negotiation and communication skills
- 7Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- 8Experience with Excel and data analysis tools
