- 8Lead team focusing on development and client satisfaction
- 9Ensure community meets operational financial and performance goals
- 10Demonstrate initiative and maintain knowledge of market conditions

Requirements5
- 1Minimum four years of multifamily property management experience
- 2Two years as Assistant Manager in multifamily property management
