- 1Supervise, mentor, and evaluate on-site security officers to ensure peak performance and compliance with company standards.

Requirements12
- 11+ year of supervisory experience in security or law enforcement.
- 2Active Florida Class D license in hand.
- 3Active Florida Class G license in hand.
- 4Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- 5Reliable personal transportation.
- 6High school diploma or GED; formal security or law enforcement training preferred.
- 7Proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- 8Strong knowledge of security operations, safety procedures, and incident management.
- 9Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- 10Flexible schedule availability, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- 11Comfortable using smartphones and reporting technology.
- 12Must pass a background check with no felony convictions.
