What You'll Do10
- 1Conduct foot and vehicle patrols of assigned areas, securing access points and property per Post Orders.
- 2Write accurate shift reports using company web-based software and mobile apps after every patrol.
- 3Interact with clients and residents to build trust and deliver peace of mind, addressing concerns promptly.
- 4Report property issues and customer concerns to the Advanced Patrol Officer or Branch Patrol Supervisor within the hour.
- 5Maintain assigned patrol vehicle by fueling, washing, and inspecting daily to ensure operational readiness.
- 6Manage equipment such as radios, access keys, and uniforms with full accountability.
- 7Meet reporting standards and service quality benchmarks set by the Branch Patrol Supervisor.
- 8De-escalate conflicts through professional communication, ensuring a safe environment for all.
- 9Relay route changes and post updates during the Daily Scrum to align with client needs.
- 10Complete training modules within the first month to master patrol protocols and safety procedures.
Requirements10
- 125 years of age or older
- 2High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 3Valid Class D License and Driver's License
- 4Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- 5Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- 6Pass background check and drug test
