What You'll Do8

  • 1Conduct foot and vehicle patrols of courtyards, offices, pools, and high-value areas to secure all access points.
  • 2Write accurate shift reports using company technology and web-based software, aligning with site post orders.
  • 3Deescalate issues through professional communication in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • 4Operate the assigned patrol vehicle, including fueling, washing, interior cleaning, and inspections.
  • 5Maintain and care for Signal equipment such as radios, access keys, uniforms, and devices.
  • 6Communicate with the Branch Patrol Supervisor daily to relay client needs, route changes, and post updates.
  • 7Manage daily activities to meet reporting standards and service quality benchmarks.
  • 8Interact with customers to cultivate a service relationship that provides peace of mind.

  • 3Valid D License and G License
