Requirements8

  • 1Bachelor's degree or 4 years of Montessori Primary Lead Teacher experience
  • 2Two or more years of experience as a lead teacher or guide
  • 3Demonstrated Montessori knowledge for ages 3-6
  • 4Ability to meet credentialing criteria for lead early childhood teacher-caregivers in Arizona
  • 5Ability to pass fingerprint clearance and background checks and complete required training
  • 6Experience monitoring and maintaining records of student progress
  • 7Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs
  • 8Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
