Mobile Phlebotomist Examiner, On-Call & Onsite Contract
Overview
Own flexible on-site collections at clients’ homes or workplaces as a part-time on-call phlebotomist. You’ll manage your own availability, choosing days and hours to work in preferred areas. You are responsible for venipuncture, vitals, and specimen collection with manual blood pressure measurement. EKG experience is a plus but not required. This role supports ExamOne, a Quest Diagnostics company, delivering fast underwriting data to insurance clients. The on-site collection process is designed for convenience and accuracy at the point of care.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build on-site collection workflows at client locations including homes and workplaces
- 2Capture accurate medical histories, venipuncture, vitals, and specimen collection
- 3Deliver reliable results to support underwriting decisions for insurance providers
- 4Maintain equipment, documentation, and secure handling of specimens during visits
- 5Scale coverage by managing personal availability and travel within designated areas
Requirements5
- 1Must be a skilled phlebotomist with a minimum of 100 successful practical blood draws verified before onboarding
- 2Proficient in taking manual blood pressures and pulses
- 3Must have reliable transportation and current auto insurance unless using public transportation in a metropolitan area
- 4Own computer, internet, cell phone, printer and scanner for remote work
- 5Bi-lingual and EKG experience is a plus but not required
