Phlebotomist CSR, Specimen Collection & Customer Support
Overview
As a Phlebotomist/CSR at ExamOne, you will own client and applicant interactions, coordinating specimen collections and performing in-center exams. You will work onsite in Indianapolis with a team that supports pre-employment drug screenings and Quest Diagnostics services. This role demands precision in venipuncture, EKG, and customer service, with a focus on compliance and safety. You will be the bridge between agents, applicants, and the lab, ensuring timely and accurate results.
What You'll Do8
- 1Answer client and agent inquiries, providing specimen requirements and requesting additional tests.
- 2Document all calls and escalate complex issues to the manager.
- 3Schedule applicants for exams at PSC sites, coordinating with examiners and agents.
- 4Conduct in-center exams, including venipuncture, urinalysis, and EKG.
- 5Collect specimens for pre-employment drug screenings and other Quest Diagnostics services.
- 6Respond to client and management requests with professional and expedient action.
- 7Adhere to all compliance policies and safety procedures from the Quest Diagnostics Safety Manual.
- 8Perform other duties as assigned to support team operations.
Requirements9
- 11+ year of customer service experience.
- 21+ year of phlebotomy experience with pediatric and geriatric patients.
- 3High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4Phlebotomy certification preferred.
- 5Prefer urine or hair follicle collection and EKG experience.
- 6Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- 7Medical terminology background preferred.
- 8Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
- 9Type 40 wpm and use Microsoft Office.
