Mobile Driver Patient Service Rep - RadNet
Overview
You will own the safe transport of the Mobile Mammography Coach across Arizona and manage patient registration on board. This per-diem role combines driving with direct patient care and administrative support. You'll work with the Arizona Diagnostic Radiology team and help deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century. The role stands out for its blend of fieldwork and patient interaction, plus full training for patient-care duties.
What You'll Do7
- 1Drive the Mobile Mammography Coach to assigned locations on schedule, ensuring timely arrivals and excellent customer service.
- 2Perform routine vehicle checks, including fuel, fluids, tire pressure, and window cleaning, and report any issues to ensure safety.
- 3Maintain the coach's interior to a high standard of cleanliness and order.
- 4Escort patients from facilities to the mobile unit, ensuring comfort, safety, and confidentiality.
- 5Complete administrative tasks, including time reports, billing, driver logs, and inspection forms.
- 6Greet and register patients with a friendly, service-oriented approach, accurately entering information into systems.
- 7Answer and route incoming calls, and provide patients with prep instructions and facility directions.
Requirements5
- 1Hold a valid Class B or Class A Driver's License and have experience as a professional driver.
- 2Have a High School Diploma or GED, plus 1-3 months of related experience or training.
- 3Possess excellent customer service and public relations skills, with strong written and verbal communication.
- 4Be detail-oriented and organized, with clerical skills and the ability to interact with doctors, patients, and vendors.
- 5Demonstrate sound judgment and professionalism in all situations.
Salary Insight
$52 - $58k per year
