IICRC certified mitigation leader who owns response and drying operations at scale. Lead a crew through water, sewage, and fire remediation while coordinating with clients and internal teams. Drive safety, quality, and timely completion in challenging environments. Collaborate with supervisors and technicians to ensure consistent, high niveau customer service and outcomes.

What You'll Do9

  • 1Build and execute drying plans for water events including equipment setup, monitoring temperature and humidity
  • 2Inspect properties for damage and communicate restoration plan to customers and crews
  • 3Lead water mitigation, sewage loss, demolition, and biohazard cleanup activities
  • 4Manage material removal and cleanup of affected areas including flooring drywall and cabinets
  • 5Complete job notes and utilize proprietary software to document work and outcomes
  • 6Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles to high readiness and safety standards
  • 7Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on service delivery
  • 8Develop and grow within the company through demonstrated leadership and performance
  • 9Coordinate with team to maintain workflow and safety protocols

Requirements10

  • 1High School Diploma or GED
  • 25-10 years in a Crew Chief Lead role
  • 3Experience in water mitigation and restoration environments
  • 4IW IICRC certifications with WRT ASD and AMRT where applicable
  • 5Knowledge of MICA and Mitigate software or similar tools
  • 6Strong communication skills and independent problem solving
  • 7Ability to work in challenging environments and manage time effectively
  • 8Team oriented approach and service focus
  • 9Valid driver license and clean driving record
  • 10Safety minded with ability to work in bio-hazard situations
