What You'll Do11
- 1Respond to emergency water fire and mold damage calls
- 2Set up monitor adjust drying equipment like dehumidifiers and air movers
- 3Perform demolition extraction cleaning of affected areas
- 4Safely handle and dispose hazardous materials
- 5Document job progress with photos notes using company software
- 6Maintain company vehicles and equipment clean operational
- 7Communicate effectively with customers team members management
- 8Adhere safety protocols industry standards IICRC OSHA
- 9Assist with mold remediation odor control procedures
- 10Be available on-call shifts evenings weekends
- 11Obtain IICRC certifications WRT ASD FSRT
Requirements7
- 1Previous experience in water fire damage restoration preferred
- 2Valid driver’s license clean driving record
- 3Ability lift 50+ lbs physically demanding tasks
- 4Comfortable confined spaces attics crawlspaces
- 5Strong customer service teamwork skills
- 6Fast-paced emergency-driven environment willingness training
- 7Commitment to ongoing certification programs
