What You'll Do7
- 1Perform water extraction, mold remediation, and basic demolition using Sump Pumps, Air Movers, and Dehumidifiers within the first 90 days.
- 2Provide empathetic customer service, keeping homeowners informed and reassured through modern communication tools.
- 3Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle and warehouse, ensuring all equipment is ready for rapid response.
- 4Set up drying equipment and temporary structures, and prepare materials for removal to accelerate the restoration timeline.
- 5Clean and service tools and equipment after each job to keep them in top working condition.
- 6Participate in the on-call rotation, responding to emergencies within 60 minutes and staying reachable by phone.
- 7Support warehouse operations, including inventory management and loading/unloading supplies, to keep the team mission-ready.
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 2Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- 3Written and verbal fluency in English.
- 4Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- 5Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed for emergencies.
- 6Physical ability to lift 75+ pounds frequently and stand, bend, twist, pull, push, reach, and stoop for 8-12+ hours per day.
- 7Comfort working in extreme weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind.
