What You'll Do10
- 1Lead and manage mitigation crews to restore properties after floods fires
- 2Ensure projects are completed on budget with high customer satisfaction
- 3Coordinate daily operations including tarping board up water mitigation mold remediation environmental services carpet cleaning reinstallation
- 4Maintain organized inventory of trucks and company equipment
- 5Conduct re-inspections for quality control
- 6Meet with clients and adjusters on site to resolve issues
- 7Drive continuous improvement in team performance
- 8Foster positive relationships across departments
- 9Serve as point of contact for customer inquiries
- 10Participate in on-call scheduling as needed
Requirements11
- 15+ years building mitigation projects
- 2Proficiency with Python AWS React Kubernetes
- 3Certified in CPC Card BCBA AWS Certified
- 4Experience with Spark Airflow
- 5Valid driver's license with clean record
- 6Ability to work nights weekends and overtime
- 7Fluent in English
