What You'll Do10
- 1Build, install, disassemble, and relocate industrial machinery following blueprints and drawings
- 2Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and equipment rebuilds to ensure reliability and uptime
- 3Align, level, balance, and calibrate equipment for safe operation
- 4Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications
- 5Weld, fabricate, fit, and machine parts to support maintenance and installation
- 6Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues on industrial equipment
- 7Operate forklifts, cranes, hoists, and precision measuring tools safely
- 8Assist with pipefitting and machinery upgrades as needed
- 9Collaborate with project teams to complete jobs safely and on schedule
- 10Follow all safety regulations and company values at all times
Requirements10
- 1Previous experience as a Millwright or Industrial Mechanic
- 2Strong mechanical aptitude with installation and repair of industrial machinery
- 3Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- 4Experience with equipment alignments and preventative maintenance
- 5Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment
- 6Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- 7Ability to work independently and in teams
- 8Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
- 9Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- 10Welding and fabrication experience preferred
Salary Insight
$62 - $83k per year
