Millwright Mechanic - CNC & Hydraulic Systems

You will own mechanical maintenance for one of the world's largest steel producers, keeping hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, and power transmission systems running in a heavy industrial environment. Working with a team of skilled technicians, you will install, repair, and troubleshoot a broad range of equipment including conveyors, cranes, and mobile equipment. This role requires a trained, experienced individual who can work rotating shifts and respond to maintenance needs across the plant. You'll gain exposure to welding, pipefitting, and diesel mechanics while contributing to continuous operations. You will own uptime and reliability for advanced aerospace manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines, hydraulic presses, vacuum furnaces, X-ray systems, lasers, and hot forming machines. You will own equipment reliability across a steel foundry, minimizing downtime through preventive maintenance and rapid emergency repairs. You will own uptime for six extrusion presses across a 600,000 sq ft facility in Phoenix, AZ. You'll troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems, rebuild parts, and perform preventative maintenance to keep production running. You'll work alongside a team of 300 on day, night, or weekend shifts. This role offers hands-on work with CMMS and fabrication in a safety-first environment.

You will produce machined parts by loading, setting, and operating CNC and manual machines, ensuring precision and quality for water infrastructure inspection equipment. You will perform visual and measurement inspections, maintain records, and uphold safety standards in a machine shop environment. You will work under the Machine Shop Manager, collaborating with a team of problem solvers and innovators.
