What You'll Do9

  • 1Install configure and maintain Windows Server environments including Active Directory Group Policy DNS DHCP and related services
  • 2Administer Microsoft 365 Exchange Online SharePoint Teams and OneDrive
  • 3Ensure compliance with CMMC Level 2 requirements through implementation documentation and NIST SP 800-171 controls
  • 4Support audit readiness by collecting evidence validating control effectiveness and remediating gaps
  • 5Manage user accounts security groups permissions and access controls using least privilege principles
  • 6Perform regular monitoring patching backups and disaster recovery to maintain system health
  • 7Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for escalated incidents across servers endpoints and Microsoft services
  • 8Collaborate with security network and engineering teams to align systems with organizational standards
  • 9Document configurations procedures and incident resolutions clearly and thoroughly

Requirements12

  • 1Minimum 3 years of Systems Administrator experience in similar program contracts
  • 2Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2016 2019 and 2022
  • 3Strong knowledge of Active Directory Group Policy DNS DHCP and Windows networking fundamentals
  • 4Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Entra ID identity licensing and conditional access policies
  • 5Experience with PowerShell scripting patch management endpoint protection and system hardening
  • 6Understanding of backup recovery and business continuity solutions
  • 7Knowledge of CMMC Level 2 and NIST SP 800-171 security controls applied to Microsoft environments
  • 8Excellent problem-solving analytical and troubleshooting abilities
  • 9Strong communication and teamwork skills with commitment to collaboration
  • 10Ability to document configurations procedures and incident resolutions
  • 11Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
  • 12Microsoft certifications: AZ-104 SC-300 SC-900 MS-102
