Microsoft 365 Test Lead (Teams/OneDrive)
Overview
Lead integrated testing and release validation for the Microsoft 365 collaboration ecosystem. You will coordinate end-to-end testing across Microsoft Teams and OneDrive to ensure regulatory integration quality. You will manage test environments and drive defect resolution with engineering teams. This role offers 12 months onsite in Jersey City or Charlotte.
What You'll Do7

- 6Lead test automation initiatives using PowerShell and Azure DevOps.
- 7Report test progress and risks to stakeholders with actionable insights.
Requirements8
- 15+ years leading testing for Microsoft 365 services.
- 22+ years managing test environments for Teams and OneDrive.
- 35+ years using Azure DevOps for test management and CI/CD.
- 43+ years designing test strategies for voice recording integrations.
- 55+ years writing PowerShell scripts for test automation.
- 62+ years coordinating release validation in regulatory environments.
- 7Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 compliance and security features.
- 8Hands-on experience with Selenium and Appium for UI testing.
