Manual QA Engineer, Microsoft Dynamics 365
Overview
You will own manual functional and regression testing for a large-scale ERP stabilization and modernization initiative on Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will validate end-to-end business workflows across finance, operations, and integrated systems, coordinating UAT with stakeholders. You will work onsite in Bellevue, WA, 2–3 days per week, as part of a contract engagement with Robert Half. The role focuses on integration testing, including APIs, flat-file integrations, and ETL data sync, within a collaborative team environment.
What You'll Do8
- 1Perform manual functional and regression testing within Microsoft Dynamics 365, covering core modules and customizations.
- 2Execute and validate end-to-end business process workflows across multiple systems, including finance and supply chain scenarios.
- 3Lead and coordinate UAT sessions with finance and business stakeholders, ensuring sign-off on critical processes.
- 4Review, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and testing documentation in Azure DevOps.
- 5Validate integrations including APIs, flat-file integrations, and ETL data synchronization processes.
- 6Test data movement and business transactions between D365 and integrated applications, ensuring data integrity.
- 7Support release validation for enhancements and production deployments, executing regression suites.
- 8Identify, document, and communicate defects with clear steps to reproduce, and verify fixes.
Requirements7
- 13+ years of manual software testing, with a focus on functional and regression testing.
- 22+ years of integration testing including APIs, flat-file integrations, and ETL processes.
- 3Hands-on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred, not required).
- 4Proficiency with Azure DevOps for test case management and defect tracking.
- 5Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- 6Ability to coordinate and lead UAT sessions with finance and business users.
- 7Experience validating end-to-end business workflows across multiple integrated systems.
