Overview
You will lead a team of 15-20 engineers to modernize public-facing licensing solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Pages, Dataverse, and Power Apps. You will drive technical design and delivery for Azure-powered services, ensuring scalable and reliable integrations. What You'll Do8
- 1Lead technical design and delivery of licensing solutions using Power Pages, Dynamics 365 CE, and Dataverse within the first 90 days.
- 2Own the architecture and implementation of Power Automate workflows and Power BI dashboards to enhance operational visibility.
- 3Drive the modernization of legacy systems to Azure services, including Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD.
- 4Manage a team of 15-20 engineers, guiding technical decisions and code reviews for high-quality outcomes.
- 5Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- 6Ensure security, performance, and scalability of solutions built on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform components.
- 7Mentor team members on Power Apps and Power Automate best practices to elevate delivery standards.
- 8Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments, minimizing downtime.
Requirements8
- 15+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- 23+ years leading technical teams of 10+ members in an agile environment.
- 3Strong proficiency in Power Pages for building secure, public-facing web solutions.
- 4Expertise in Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management) and Azure DevOps.
- 5Proven experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST APIs and Dataverse Web API.
- 6Solid understanding of Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- 7Experience with Dynamics 365 customizations, plugins, and workflows.
- 8Excellent communication skills to articulate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
