What You'll Do6
- 1Own test planning and governance for end-to-end releases, defining entry and exit criteria.
- 2Lead SIT, UAT, Regression, and E2E cycles, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- 3Drive defect management across Azure DevOps, Jira, and HP ALM, triaging and prioritizing issues.
- 4Align stakeholders on test progress, risks, and release readiness through clear reporting.
- 5Build and execute risk and issue management plans, escalating blockers promptly.
- 6Champion test automation and process improvements across SharePoint and Azure DevOps.
Requirements6
- 18+ years in Testing or QA, with 3-5 years in Test Lead or Test Manager roles.
- 25+ years planning and executing SIT, UAT, Regression, and E2E tests.
- 35+ years managing test teams, including governance and defect management.
- 45+ years using Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Jira, or HP ALM for test management.
- 5Strong communication and leadership skills for stakeholder and risk management.
- 6Experience working across Chicago, IL onsite environment.
