What You'll Do11
- 1Develop, write, and edit comprehensive documentation for Microsoft 365 applications including SharePoint Teams Outlook OneDrive Power Platform Exchange Online
- 2Create step‑by‑step guides FAQs release notes training decks and quick reference materials for technical and non‑technical audiences
- 3Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather requirements and ensure accuracy in client‑facing communications
- 4Design and implement communication strategies to educate clients and employees about Microsoft 365 updates and best practices
- 5Lead virtual and in‑person training sessions webinars and workshops to boost adoption and engagement
- 6Maintain a centralized repository of documentation to support ongoing learning and troubleshooting
- 7Partner with marketing and sales teams to produce collateral highlighting Microsoft 365 value propositions
- 8Support onboarding processes by delivering clear instructional materials for new clients and employees
- 9Monitor user feedback to continuously refine documentation quality and relevance
- 10Ensure all written materials follow Vamonos IT branding guidelines tone and style standards
- 11Stay current with Microsoft 365 developments and integrate relevant changes into documentation and communications
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in technical writing or communications within IT environments
- 3Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite including SharePoint Teams Outlook and Exchange Online
- 4Ability to produce clear organized documentation for diverse audiences
- 5Experience with documentation collaboration tools such as Word PowerPoint SharePoint and Teams
- 6Proven track record of synthesizing complex information into digestible formats
- 7Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple deadlines
- 8Cross‑functional teamwork with technical SMEs project managers and product specialists
- 9Familiarity with learning management systems and e‑learning development tools
- 10Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for technical documentation
- 11Multilingual communication abilities are an asset
