IT Operations & Infrastructure Administrator, Microsoft 365
Overview
Own the modernization of LifeTree Inc.'s technology environment, leading the transition from Microsoft 365 Consumer to Microsoft 365 Business/Enterprise. Bridge technical solutions with operational impact in a healthcare services organization. Partner with executive leadership to establish infrastructure standards, security practices, and scalable processes. This role drives the full lifecycle of IT operations, from endpoint management to cybersecurity, in an on-site, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do9
- 1Lead migration and administration of Microsoft 365 Business/Enterprise environments, including Intune, Entra ID, Purview, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- 2Configure identity, access management, conditional access, MFA, and security policies to enforce governance standards.
- 3Design and implement on-premises server infrastructure, file storage, and backup systems using Veeam or equivalent.
- 4Standardize endpoint imaging and deployment, managing Windows device provisioning, patching, and security through Intune.
- 5Establish and enforce cybersecurity best practices, monitoring vulnerabilities and compliance for healthcare environments.
- 6Serve as a trusted technology partner, evaluating improvements and communicating technical concepts in business-friendly terms.
- 7Develop long-term IT roadmaps, including hardware lifecycle management for laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
- 8Provide hands-on troubleshooting and proactive problem resolution across network and systems.
- 9Support onboarding and offboarding, ensuring user lifecycle management aligns with security and compliance.
Requirements8
- 15+ years of progressive IT systems or infrastructure administration experience.
- 2Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Purview, and Windows Server.
- 3Proficiency in endpoint management, imaging, and backup solutions like Veeam.
- 4Experience implementing infrastructure modernization initiatives in corporate environments.
- 5Ability to support executive leadership and manage confidential information.
- 6Authorized to work in the U.S.
- 7Preferred: healthcare, home health, or behavioral health experience; HIPAA familiarity.
- 8Preferred: hybrid cloud/on-prem infrastructure and IT policy development experience.
