Microsoft 365 Exchange Online Engineer
Overview
Own the Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online environment at L2, L3, and L4 support levels for a Columbus-based client. Manage hybrid mail flow, connectors, and server roles with direct client communication. This role requires onsite presence and hands-on troubleshooting across the full Exchange infrastructure.

- 1Manage Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online environments at L2, L3, and L4 support levels.
- 2Administer Exchange servers and their roles, ensuring high availability and performance.
- 3Troubleshoot mail flow issues in Exchange and O365 hybrid environments.
- 4Configure and manage different types of connectors in Exchange for secure message routing.
- 5Communicate directly with clients to resolve escalated incidents and requests.
- 6Maintain and optimize hybrid mail flow between on-premises and Exchange Online.
- 7Provide onsite support for Microsoft 365 applications and services.
Requirements7
- 15+ years managing Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online in enterprise environments.
- 2Expertise in Exchange server roles, including Mailbox, Transport, and Client Access.
- 3Deep understanding of mail flow in Exchange/O365 hybrid deployments.
- 4Hands-on experience with Exchange connectors (Inbound, Outbound, Partner, etc.).
- 5Strong L2/L3 troubleshooting skills for Exchange and Microsoft 365 issues.
- 6Proven ability to communicate directly with clients and manage expectations.
- 7Willingness to work onsite in Marysville, OH.
