What You'll Do16
- 1Build metal stud framing drywall and acoustical ceiling systems per plans and specifications
- 2Read and interpret blueprints layouts and project documents
- 3Perform layout measure cut and install materials with precision
- 4Maintain production pace while ensuring quality workmanship
- 5Follow all jobsite safety standards and company policies
- 6Collaborate with foremen project managers and other trades
- 7Identify and communicate potential issues before they impact production
- 8Maintain tools equipment and a clean work environment
- 9Lead manage and develop field crews on commercial job sites
- 10Plan daily and weekly work to meet project schedules and production goals
- 11Ensure all work meets company quality standards and specifications
- 12Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe jobsite environment
- 13Coordinate with Project Managers Superintendents and other trades
- 14Track labor productivity and adjust crews as needed
- 15Identify and resolve jobsite challenges proactively
- 16Train and mentor journeyman and apprentice-level team members

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading field crews
- 35+ years constructing metal stud framing drywall and ACT systems
- 4CPC Card certification
- 5BCBA certification
- 6AWS Certified
- 7PowerTool proficiency
- 8Lean methodology knowledge
- 9OSHA compliance training
- 10Blueprint interpretation skills
- 11Project management experience
