Overview
Lead layout and installation of heavy and light-gauge metal framing for commercial walls partitions and structural elements. Hang drywall and finish ready grids while installing ACT panels and FRP in high-wear zones. Set hollow metal frames doors and hardware ensuring flawless operation. Own quality control and daily site execution.
What You'll Do11
- 1Build and install metal studs with speed and accuracy
- 2Hang board and finish drywall to spec-perfect standards
- 3Install ACT grids and tiles in open office cores
- 4Fit FRP panels in specialty areas
- 5Set hollow metal frames doors and hardware
- 6Partner with superintendents and project managers to solve field issues
- 7Maintain safe and orderly work sites
- 8Travel locally and regionally across Middle Tennessee
- 9Read blueprints and translate layouts to the field
- 10Demonstrate mastery of standard carpentry hand and power tools
- 11Communicate collaboratively with diverse field teams
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 22+ years commercial interior systems experience preferred
- 3Valid driver’s license required for daily site travel
- 4Spanish conversational or fluent skills highly preferred
- 5Proficiency in construction site installation heavy material handling framing drywall installation
- 6Ability to read blueprints and translate layouts to the field
- 7Mastery of standard carpentry hand and power tools with strict safety attention
