What You'll Do9
- 1Lead daily store operations and supervise associates to maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked store.
- 2Process and execute corporate directives including Pull and Hold, Task Compliance, and Key Survey requests.
- 3Manage freight flow from the stockroom to the sales floor, ensuring product is unpacked, priced, and displayed per company standards.
- 4Plan and execute seasonal sales planners, including setting up Clip Strips and Power Panels with high-velocity items.
- 5Order and stock merchandise, including frozen and refrigerated items, to meet productivity standards.
- 6Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
- 7Maintain store cleanliness by cleaning restrooms, sweeping, mopping, and removing trash.
- 8Coordinate with the Store Manager on scheduling, inventory, and sales performance targets.
- 9Drive sales by ensuring products are visible, accessible, and presented attractively to customers.
Requirements8
- 11+ years of retail or management experience preferred.
- 2Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
- 3Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and climbing.
- 4Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- 5High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 6Experience with cash handling and POS systems.
- 7Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow detailed instructions.
- 8Comfortable working in a high-energy, team-oriented environment.
