What You'll Do11
- 1Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities
- 2Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
- 3Protect and secure company assets including store cash
- 4Adhere to all policies and procedures including safety guidelines
- 5Maintain store areas including stockroom and sales floor to company standards
- 6Process all corporate directives such as Pull and Hold/Destroy
- 7Manage freight flow in accordance with productivity standards
- 8Order and stock merchandise needs including frozen and refrigerated items
- 9Ensure sales floor is sales-effective through planning merchandising and displays
- 10Implement monthly sales planners
- 11Process receipt and return of DSD merchandise
Requirements7
- 1Prior retail and management experience preferred
- 2Strong communication interpersonal and written skills required
- 3Ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height
- 4Meet demands of frequent walking standing stooping kneeling climbing pushing pulling and repetitive lifting
- 5Work in a high-energy team environment
- 6Ability to comply with ADA requirements
- 7Must have valid driver's license
