What You'll Do12

  • 1Supervise clients according to facility policies and trauma informed principles
  • 2Support client needs using culturally responsive approaches
  • 3Document mental health interventions and health data in electronic systems
  • 4Wake clients and assist with school preparation including medication administration
  • 5Conduct morning check ins to set daily goals
  • 6Assign and supervise daily maintenance tasks such as cleaning and meal setup
  • 7Transport clients to medical dental and community appointments safely
  • 8Check in with overnight staff regarding resident status and incidents
  • 9Perform bedroom inspections when students are at school
  • 10Conduct 30 minute rounds throughout the shift
  • 11Attend weekly staff meetings and participate in conflict resolution
  • 12Maintain confidentiality and follow mandated reporter obligations

Requirements9

  • 1Valid California driver license and insurance
  • 2Pass required clearances including TB test and background checks
  • 3Minimum age 21 years
  • 4Bachelor of arts or sciences degree or equivalent experience
