Membership Sales Specialist, Wellness Studio & Community Outreach
Overview
Wellness studio leadership role focused on building the founding member base for a new Perspire Sauna Studio location. You will drive lead generation, grassroots marketing, and community partnerships to secure memberships before opening. Work with a growing team to establish our local presence and demo the benefits of infrared sauna therapy. This role offers growth opportunities as the studio opens and expands.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build lead nurturing strategies to convert warm leads into memberships using phone, text, and email
- 2Track and maintain lead interactions in the CRM and VoIP system
- 3Coordinate automated followups to keep prospects engaged through multi-channel outreach
- 4Establish partnerships with local wellness businesses for cross promotion and events
- 5Collaborate with the team to plan and attend meetings exploring collaboration opportunities
- 6Research and secure local events such as farmers markets and wellness fairs to boost brand exposure
- 7Organize tabling events and distribute marketing materials to generate pre-sale momentum
- 8Assist in coordinating pre-sale events and VIP opening weekend activities
- 9Attend community events to represent Perspire Sauna Studio and answer questions
- 10Align messaging with brand values to communicate benefits of infrared therapy to potential members

- 2Experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach is a plus
