Overview
Beem Light Sauna offers a part-time hourly Wellness Sales Associate role in Charlotte NC focusing on membership sales and client experience. The position drives revenue through education on infrared sauna and red light therapy while supporting studio operations.
What You'll Do11
- 1Explain science of infrared sauna red light therapy and chromotherapy to generate sales during shifts
- 2Generate membership packages intro sessions and retail sales across all scheduled shifts
- 3Create grassroots marketing leads and plan events to attract new clients
- 4Manage inbound and outbound communication via phone SMS email and social media
- 5Conduct first visit presentations missed guest follow-ups and corporate sales outreach
- 6Perform in-studio revenue activities including retail sales and follow-up calls
- 7Maintain studio cleanliness refresh suites and disinfect surfaces between appointments
- 8Assist with administrative tasks account updates and special projects
- 9Drive member retention through events and personalized client interactions
- 10Greet members and guests warmly ensuring outstanding visits
- 11Follow studio protocols for sauna maintenance and member safety
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading sales teams
- 3Competitive hourly pay based on experience
- 4Highly incentivized commission structure tied to personal sales
- 5Flexible schedule for part-time hourly work
- 6Ability to lift 25 pounds
- 7Must maintain clean saunas by getting in and out of saunas
