Overview
We seek a dynamic Studio Assistant to support operations at our San Diego location. The ideal candidate will own daily room turnover and ensure seamless guest experiences while contributing to a vibrant team atmosphere. What You'll Do7
- 1Turn over sauna rooms promptly after guest departure maintaining cleanliness standards
- 2Process towel shipments and manage cold towel inventory
- 3Create towel bundles and arrange for guest accessibility
- 4Welcome and greet clients enthusiastically
- 5Support Sales Associates with miscellaneous tasks including sales and back-of-house duties
- 6Respond to guest inquiries and conduct studio tours
- 7Own and execute front desk procedures during peak hours
Requirements5
- 15+ years customer service experience
- 2Team player with consistent attendance record
- 3Availability evenings and weekends
- 4Verified ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
- 5Strong communication skills and positive attitude
