What You'll Do8

  • 1Lead daily practice operations to ensure an efficient, welcoming environment and high patient satisfaction
  • 2Oversee patient scheduling, appointment management, and follow-up processes to optimize flow and outcomes
  • 3Monitor feedback and address concerns in accordance with practice guidelines
  • 4Analyze revenue, expenses, and KPIs to identify opportunities for efficiency and growth
  • 5Manage inventory and equipment, control costs, and partner with leadership on strategic initiatives
  • 6Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and development for staff
  • 7Collaborate on recruiting, onboarding, training, and schedule management
  • 8Ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls while pursuing continuous improvement

Requirements8

  • 13+ years of management or leadership experience in a service-driven environment
  • 2Experience managing budgets, revenue targets, expenses, and key performance metrics
  • 3Strong coaching and performance management skills
  • 4Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 5Ability to balance operational systems with relationship-driven leadership
  • 6High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
