What You'll Do10

  • 1Lead forthright operations across practices to ensure smooth daily workflow and high-quality patient interactions
  • 2Drive initiatives in referral management, TOS collections, and task management to improve efficiency and revenue
  • 3Collaborate with practice managers to on board physicians and staff, including space, supplies, and equipment procurement
  • 4Coordinate with Market Operations Director to set goals and monitor progress for the market
  • 5Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, CLIA, Medi Cal, DHS and related agencies
  • 6Rounding with staff and physicians to verify practices operate as intended
  • 7Communicate professionally with patients, leadership, and colleagues to maintain a positive work environment
  • 8Identify problem areas with customers and recommend practical solutions
  • 9Analyze financials, Meaningful Use attestations, and business information systems to support decision making
  • 10Foster a culture of teamwork and professional relationships across levels of the organization

Requirements5

  • 1Four or more years of managerial experience in a medical practice
  • 2Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3Demonstrated skill with MS Office including Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook
  • 4Strong leadership and understanding of group processes and site/cost center management
  • 5Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
